New Harvard Law seminar: Child Exploitation, Pornography & the Internet
The Cyberlaw Clinic introduces a new seminar: Child Exploitation, Pornography, and the Internet. The course is co-taught by Diane Rosenfeld and Cyberlaw Clinic Assistant Director Dena Sacco, formerly a federal prosecutor handling child exploitation cases.
The seminar is offered in Spring 2009, but the clinical component can be taken in the Fall, Winter, or Spring terms.
Students taking the clinic will work on child exploitation and protection issues for real clients, such as the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children, US Attorneys' Offices, DAs' offices, and the Internet Safety Technical Task Force.
