Moral Labyrinth, created by artist and researcher Sarah Newman in 2018, is an art installation, workshop, and website inspired by the Value Alignment Problem in AI.
Newman and BKC Fellow Mindy Seu, along with BKC affiliate Jie Qi, offered a creative workshop on AI value alignment at Rightscon in Tunis. The team published the outputs of the workshop (including a wall-sized mural) on a new website, which also invites people from anywhere in the world to submit their own moral questions -- either anonymously or with attribution.
