Isabel Hahn is a diplomat working on AI policy for the Delegation of the European Union to the United States.
Based out of the EU Office in San Francisco, Isabel engages with the EU's AI strategy, policy, and regulatory developments. Isabel also sits as a part of the AI Office at the European Commission. Previously, Isabel served as Member of Cabinet at the European Data Protection Supervisor, the EU’s privacy regulator, and worked at NOYB - the European Center for Digital Rights on privacy litigation relating to international data transfers. Isabel holds law degrees from Harvard Law School and the London School of Economics. She is a licensed Attorney at Law in the State of New York and San Francisco Chapter Lead for the Harvard Women in Defense, Diplomacy and Development alumni organization.
