Alexander “amac” Macgillivray was Deputy Assistant to the President and Principal Deputy United States Chief Technology Officer in the Biden Administration and held a similar role in the Obama Administration. 

He helped found the Trust & Safety Foundation and Trust & Safety Professional Association, was General Counsel of Twitter, and Deputy General Counsel at Google where he created the Product Counsel job. More at bricoleur.
