Reporting Non-Consensual Intimate Media

In a new paper, Eric Gilbert and coauthors use AI-generated nude images to test whether X's takedown algorithms take non-consensual intimate media seriously. "All 25 reports submitted under the DMCA resulted in the successful removal of the NCIM content. In contrast, none of the 25 reports made under X’s non- consensual nudity policy led to the removal of the images within the three-week observation period."
