Zuckerman discusses distributed media and non-profit models, Donovan speaks about tech platforms fostering misinformation, and the author cites excerpts fom Network Propaganda.
“It’s very hard to conclude that this is purely an informational problem,” Zuckerman says. “It’s a power problem.”
