BKC Executive Director Urs Gasser delivered a keynote speech at Lanzamiento de la Ética de la Inteligencia Artifical en Colombia (“Launch of Ethics of Artificial Intelligence in Colombia”) about the role governments can play in promoting trustworthy AI systems. Gasser was joined in conversation by Colombian President Iván Duque Márquez.
Prior to the public event, Gasser and the BKC Policy Practice on AI co-hosted a roundtable discussion with the Colombian government on the country’s AI ethics framework with a focus on youth.
