Martha Minow, Urs Gasser, and Jonathan Zittrain participated in a colloquium on governmental powers during a pandemic. Gasser discussed Europe’s response to the pandemic, and Zittrain inquired about alternative modes of governance to “fill the gaps” of the law.
“The pandemic shines a spotlight on the inequities, frailties, and failures, system-wide, in all of our social institutions. That includes legal institutions,” Minow said during the event.
