Research Assistantships
Throughout the year, the Berkman Klein Center for Internet & Society welcomes students and others from all academic backgrounds to join us in our research as research assistants.
Our academic year Research Assistant (RA) positions are open to actively enrolled Harvard University students. While there are many ways to get involved that do not require being a Harvard student, such as attending remote or in-person events, the current academic year RA positions are for Harvard students. Summer Research Assistant (RA) positions are open to any currently-enrolled U.S. based undergraduate or graduate student.
RAs are deeply and substantively involved in the operation of the Berkman Klein Center's research projects and efforts. Becoming invaluable contributors to the Center’s operation and success, they conduct collaborative and independent research under the guidance of Berkman Klein staff, fellows, and faculty. Specific roles, tasks, and experiences vary depending on the Center's needs and RAs’ skills.
