Nick Lindseth is a Program Coordinator for the Berkman Klein Center’s Institute for Rebooting Social Media. He supports the Institute’s slate of programming, works closely with its visiting scholars, and pursues research related to community governance, content moderation, and privacy.
He holds an MSc in Social Science of the Internet from the Oxford Internet Institute, where his thesis focused on local subreddits and political participation, and graduated from Brown University with a degree in English and Political Science. His English honors thesis at Brown related the work of James Joyce and Martin Heidegger to the meaning-making processes of machine learning algorithms.
