Is Your Relationship With AI Healthy?
A Workshop on AI, Advice, and the Self
Who do we become when we take advice from machines? Drawing on insights from BKC Fellow Amelia Miller's research at the Berkman Klein Center and her human-AI relationship coaching practice, this workshop explores how talking to chatbots impacts our capacity to connect with real people.
This session is interactive and practical: participants will leave with a better understanding of LLMs’ personality defaults, how to override them, and how to think about when we should and shouldn’t lean on AI for advice.
Please note this workshop is in-person only and specific for those with a Harvard ID.
