How Dating Became a Paradise for Predators

BKC Faculty Associate Leah Plunkett comments on the relationship between social media platforms and the harms that may occur on them.

Plunkett says society needs to “get past the false belief that everything a social media platform does is necessarily publishing or speaking,” and that the product liability angle is one component of a “real turning point, maybe even a tipping point in the ways in which social media platforms are going to be regulated.”
