 “When you or I walk into a building, we don't need to know that it's structurally sound, or that it's properly licensed or permitted . . . I think we're in a similar situation now with data and digital where it is the built environment . . . I shouldn't have to vet every second of my digital life to make sure that it's not putting me at undue risk,” she says.
