BKC affiliate Nikolas Guggenberger was named executive director of Yale Law School’s Information Society Project. Guggenberger will oversee the Digital Public Sphere Project and continue his research on platform regulation, privacy, and antitrust law, with a focus on the business models, economic incentives, and market structures of online platforms.
