DMCA Exemption Granted for SPN

The HLS Cyberlaw Clinic, representing the Software Preservation Network, received an exemption to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act anti-circumvention provisions to allow libraries, archivists, museums, and other cultural heritage institutions to preserve software and software-dependent materials.
