Transparency Hub

Transparency Hub is a project of the Applied Social Media Lab (ASML), an applied engineering lab that brings together a team of technologists and practitioners to reboot, rebuild, and re-imagine the social internet to serve the public good.

The Applied Social Media Lab (ASML) at the Berkman Klein Center for Internet & Society is pleased to announce the launch of Transparency Hub, a new platform designed to help people explore, compare, and better understand the data practices of consumer-facing social and technology applications.

Transparency Hub offers unprecedented access to public-facing documents from over 300 social and technology companies. By aggregating and archiving privacy policies, terms of service, transparency reports, and community guidelines all in one place, users can easily search, analyze, export and compare documents. The goal is to help consumers and researchers track changes in platform governance over time and across platforms.

More information about the Transparency Hub is available on the ASML site.
