Nancy Fairbank is a Senior Strategic Projects Lead at Mercor, an AI startup in San Francisco.
In this role, Nancy runs human data projects for top AI labs and application-layer AI companies. Prior to joining Mercor, Nancy clerked on the Second Circuit Court of Appeals and was a litigator at Selendy & Gay in NYC. She is a Marshall Scholar alumna and a graduate of Harvard Law School (J.D.), the University of Oxford (MSc), the University of Birmingham (MSc), and the University of Texas at Dallas (BA).
