Holmes Wilson is an activist and technologist. His current project is Zbay, an attempt at building a secure and easy-to-use online community exclusively expressed in free and open source, peer-to-peer software, based on the Zcash cryptocurrency.
Previously, Holmes was a co-founder and co-executive director of Fight for the Future, an activism organization known for its creative, successful online campaigns on tech policy issues like censorship, surveillance, intermediary liability, and net neutrality.
Holmes is also a KJ (karaoke DJ) and makes art by mixing karaoke material in novel ways.
