OONI data reveals that seven countries (Iran, Türkiye, the Philippines, South Korea, Spain, Kuwait, and Argentina) block Women on Web domains. Women on Web is a nonprofit organization that was the first-ever online international abortion care provider, facilitating access to contraceptives and facilitating "global advocacy to demedicalize, destigmatize and decriminalize abortion."
OONI's findings are detailed in a report authored by BKC Affiliate Maria Xynou and colleagues.
