Without leadership on vaccine rollout, scams are inevitable

People seeking vaccinations in Florida were hit by fraudsters. That’s no surprise when responsibility is forced on overstretched local officials, Joan Donovan says.

“As a nation, we must treat these vaccines as life-saving medicine and ensure that this precious cargo is secured just like our software: end-to-end—or shot-to-arm,” she writes.
