Data collection is not the solution for Europe's racism problem

Structural racism can be combatted only if there is political will, not more data, argues Nani Jansen Reventlow in an op ed for Al Jazeera.

“Data can be a useful tool for exposing the symptoms of racism but should not be conflated with a solution that gets to the root cause. Like any tool, data have their limitations,” she writes.
