On March 19, the Global Network of Internet & Society Centers (NoC), incubated in part by the Berkman Klein Center (BKC), convened a special virtual session with Yves Dacccord, the Director-General of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) to discuss the intersection of the Internet and society field with the crisis surrounding the novel coronavirus, COVID-19.
