A new report by Sasha Costanza-Chock, Maya Wagoner, Berhan Taye, Caroline Rivas, Chris Schweidler, Georgia Bullen, & the Tech for Social Justice Project analyzes the current technology ecosystem through interviews and focus groups with almost 200 technology practitioners. The report, #MoreThanCode: Practitioners Reimagine the landscape of technology for justice and equity, offers recommendations for making the technology ecosystem more inclusive, diverse, and open to alternative methods and models. “We hope our findings and recommendations will be useful to all those who want to use technology to make a more just and equitable world,” the authors say on their website.
