Philipp is interested in understanding and shaping sovereign and sustainable digital transformation of government and society. In his other life, he is VP for the Public Sector at Drivelock and worked as Amazon Web Services' Head of Core Government in EMEA. He holds a PhD from Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität and has been a Professor at Tec de Monterrey and Erfurt University.
