Carla L Reyes is a faculty associate at the Berkman Klein Center, an Assistant Professor of Law and Director of Legal RnD - the Center for Legal Services Innovation - at Michigan State University College of Law, and affiliated faculty with the Indiana University-Bloomington Ostrom Workshop on Cybersecurity & Internet Governance.
She teaches in the areas of corporate law, commercial law, and legal issues related to emerging technology. Her research investigates the impact of emerging technology, including blockchain technologies, on the implementaiton, adjudication, and understanding of law and regulation. Professor Reyes is also the Research Director of the Uniform Law Commission's Technology Committee, and an active member of the United Nations' Internet Governance Forum Dynamic Coalition on Blockchain Technologies.
