Her work focuses on creating robust, multi-stakeholder governance, and effective policies and regulations, for large-scale, distributed data sharing efforts to fuel higher quality, more personalized and more affordable healthcare. Claudia is the founder and host of The Other 80, a podcast about health beyond medicine.
Claudia was the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Manifest MedEx, one of the nation’s largest nonprofit health data sharing platforms. Prior to founding Manifest MedEx Claudia was Senior Advisor for Health Innovation and Technology at the White House where she developed health technology policies and regulations, spearheaded new health data efforts including President Obama’s Precision Medicine Initiative, and forged private-public partnerships to drive adoption and innovation of new care models.
