In the second week of February, 2012, four faculty from Harvard Law School (including Berkman directors Terry Fisher and John Palfrey) and three faculty from Harvard Business School will be teaching an intensive 3-day executive-education course at the Business School on the topic of "Intellectual Property and Business Strategy." The course will include a module, taught by Robert Mnookin, Chair of the Harvard Program on Negotiation, on the negotiation of intellectual-property licenses.
