Women in Technology Summit at Harvard University

This Saturday, February 16, Harvard University will host the second annual Women in Technology Summit, with co-sponsorship from the Berkman Center for Internet & Society. Senior female executives from Microsoft, Cisco, SAP, Google, and Credit Suisse among others will be there to participate in discussions, panels and workshops. Discussions will revolve around topics such as why young women choose to work in technology and how women who hold non-traditional backgrounds work in technology. Industry-specific panels will feature specialists in four fields-- software and hardware development, technology and finance, technology and academia, and technology and science. For job seekers, the summit includes mock interviews and resume reviews, and wraps up with a career fair.

The summit will take place at the Center for Government and International Studies (CGIS) South Building from 9:30 a.m. to 6p.m. You can register for free online right now.
