Winter Term 2008 Courses

Last week kicked off Harvard Law School's 2008 Winter Term.  During January's three week Winter Term, HLS students take and focus upon only one course that meets daily.

In addition to Phil Malone, Renee Lloyd, and Dena Sacco leading the Clinical Program in Cyberlaw into the new year, Berkman's faculty is starting the year off right teaching the below courses:

Cyberlaw: Internet Points of Control, taught by Jonathan Zittrain (couse syllabus found here)

Evidence, taught by Charlie Nesson (course wiki found here)

Venture Capital and the Technology Start Up, taught by John Palfrey and David Hornik

Welcome back to the new year and to new efforts!
