New Book on Internet & E-Commerce

Brian Fitzgerald, Head of the School of Law at Queensland University of Technology and recently a tutor at this year's Summer Doctoral Programme (SDP), has just released his latest work, Internet and e-Commerce Law - Technology, Law and Policy

Co-author of three other books and numerous papers on topics relating to intellectual property in the digital age, Brian served as one of the exceptional faculty advisors who helped critique the research and work of the students during their presentations this past July, at the SDP. 

Written with several Australian legal experts, the book focuses on: "the regulatory framework of the internet and e-commerce. It considers how the law has developed in the context of rapid technological change and analyses how it is being applied to define rights and obligations in relation to the online infrastructure, content and practices.
