Project VRM Steams Ahead
Vendor Relationship Management, a project spearheaded by Berkman Fellow Doc Searls, is steadily progressing forward, while providing reports and updates on the group's work, as they go. This includes last week's VRM & Public Media Workshop, held here at the Berkman Center.
The project is a "community-driven effort" to develop and provide the tools and models customers can use to engage vendors on terms that benefit both parties.
The group has looked at, not only, many different forms of technology that could assist the process, but specific companies for hypothetical models, and more.
