Public Radio Idol: PRX Starts "Talent Quest"

The Public Radio Exchange was recently selected to run the first "Public Radio Talent Quest," by the Corporation for Public Broadcasting.

Starting April 16th and ending May 14th, contestants may submit two-minute segments for the judges' review.  The judges are comprised of an elite group of public radio producers, directors, and stars from across the country.

From the first round participants, the judges will select 10 finalists to participate in three more rounds, held between June and September.  On September 24th, 3 winners will receive $10,000 cash and $6,000 for a producer, as their pilot production begins!
