Psiphon Named to Fast Company's Fast 50

Fast Company Magazine named its "Fast 50" for 2006 and Psiphon, a censorship circumvention tool developed by our friends at the Citizen Lab at the Munk Centre for International Studies, made the list.

The list is comprised of those that "step up and actually start doing something about the state of the world."  Fast Company believes that these selections represent "a certain strain of imaginative, entrepreneurial business, that has found the upside in addressing global malfunction."

The Berkman Center's Clinical Program in Cyberlaw, under the direction of Phil Malone and Matt Lovell,  assisted the Citizen Lab in addressing licensing issues related to the development and distribution of Psiphon.  Clinical student Alexandra Greene provided excellent counsel as she worked directly with the Citizen Lab team in assessing and addressing the relevant issues.
