Political Information in an Internet Era

Back in January the Sunlight Foundation and the Berkman Center sponsored a day long working session, "Local Political Information in an Internet Era."  A podcast is now available of the session that features interviews with conference participants and spotlights some of the emerging technologies at the state and local level to engage citizens in the political process.

As the Sunlight Foundation explained, conveneing bloggers from a variety of political realms, sought to "connect the people working in the trenches with people working in other trenches and with new tools, so that everyone can do a better job sharing important political information with citizens."

The video, "Political Information in an Internet Era," (6 min. 43 sec.) was produced by Nisha Thompson of the Sunlight Foundation and our own Colin Rhinesmith, here at the Berkman Center.
