The Cyberscholars join at Berkman

Working into its third year, the Harvard-Yale Cyberscholar Working Group will meet at the Berkman Center tonight at 6:00 p.m.  Bouncing back and forth between our campus and the home of the Yale Law School Information Society Project, the monthly Cyberscholar sessions host discussion about participants' research on cyberlaw.  With each presentation comes a hearty dose of peer review; the intention is to both strengthen the individual research of the presenter and to familiarize participants with issues that infuse aspects of their own work.

Tonight's Cyberscholars are Yale's Shyam Balganesh speaking on "Social Costs of Property Rights in Broadcast" and Berkman fellow David Weinberger leaping with aplomb into a powerpoint presentation on "Being and Tags."

A list of previous Cyberscholar workshop discussions can be found at the Cyberscholar site.
