The Berkman Center extends a welcome to all new HLS students a welcome back to 2Ls and 3Ls.
Berkman Center-affiliated Faculty are offering three law school courses this fall. Professor Charles Nesson will be teaching CyberOne: Law in the Court of Public Opinion, as well as The Cyberstrategy: Law and Emotion reading group. Professor John Palfrey and Berkman Cyberlaw Clinic Co-Directors Jeffrey Cunard and Phil Malone will offer the seminar Practical Lawyering in Cyberspace, which meets Wednesday afternoons from 4:45 to 6:45pm. Professor Palfrey will also offer "Law of the Internet," a freshmen seminar.
