Congratulations to Creative Commons

Creative Commons's ccHost won the Linux World Product Excellence Award for "Best Open Source Solution."

What is ccHost? Creative Common's blog describes it: "ccHost provides web-based infrastructure to support collaboration, sharing, and storage of multi-media using Creative Commons licenses and metadata. The goal of this project is to spread media content that is licensed under Creative Commons throughout the web. ccHost is what is used for the infamous Creative Commons ccMixter project."
