Berkman Events & Webcasts This Week

There are several exciting events happening this week at Berkman, and all will be webcast live. We will also be monitoring our IRC chat channel to take questions from those who are listening in remotely.

Tuesday, 3/14, our luncheon series guest will be Roger Dingledine. Roger will discuss Tor, an anonymous internet communications system, and how it can be used as a tool to combat internet censorship. The live webcast will start at 12:30 pm EST.

Tuesday evening, Dan Gillmor will give the second talk in his citizens media series, "Engaging with the News, Part I: The Daily Me and We." The talk will take place in Pound 102 at Harvard Law School at 7:00 pm EST, and will be live webcast here. For more background, see Dan's op-ed in today's edition of the Harvard Crimson.

Wednesday evening, 3/15, David Weinberger will lead an informal discussion on "The Authority of Wikipedia" as part of his occasional Web of Ideas series. The discussion will be held at 6:00 pm EST at the Berkman Center, and will be webcast here.
