Today's Luncheon Series: Christoph Engemann

Today's luncheon series guest is Christoph Engemann. 

Engemann will describe how Germany's transition to offering welfare services online has created new responsibilities for German citizens. Engemann is currently writing his dissertation titled 'The Citoyen of Electronic Government' at the Graduate School of Social Sciences, University of Bremen. His main areas of research are new media and statehood, authentication media, political economy of the Internet and the European unification and its media.
