Our guest speaker for today's luncheon series is Tom Steinberg of MySociety.org.  Steinberg is coming to the Berkman Center to discuss UK's PledgeBank.com and its successes at solving collective action problems.  PledgeBank.com was built by MySociety.org, a nonpartisan, nonprofit group in the UK.  PledgeBank.com offers ways for people to volunteer, give money, or contribute with other people.
