Global Voices Making Waves in the Media

On the heels of its redesign and relaunch, Berkman's Global Voices Online project has been attracting a lot of media coverage. The project, headed by Berkman fellows Ethan Zuckerman and Rebecca MacKinnon, was the subject of a featured story in today's print edition of the Irish Times. Global Voices has also recently been mentioned by the BBC, Slate, and other news outlets for its coverage of global reaction to the 7/7 bombings. The site continues to monitor responses to ongoing developments in the London bombing story, recently featuring South Asian reactions to the news that the bombers were British-born Pakistanis.
