MGM v. Grokster Discussion Today Featuring William Fisher

Professor William W. Fisher III, Faculty Director of the Berkman Center and Hale and Dorr Professor of Intellectual Property Law at Harvard Law School, will be joined by Dr. Michael A. Einhorn, Rutgers Adjunct Professor and copyright expert, and Wendy J. Gordon, Boston University Professor of Law and Paul J. Liacos Scholar-in-Law at Boston University Law, for a spirited discussion about the Supreme Court's decision in MGM v. Grokster.  Fisher authored an amicus brief in support of Grokster, along with Jonathan Zittrain and John Palfrey.  The discussion is hosted by the Boston Bar Association, and BBA IP Litigation Committee co-chair Bruce E. Falby will referee.
