Looking back at Signal or Noise I

Signal or Noise II marks five years since the first Signal or Noise conference, which focused on the future of music on the internet.  Signal or Noise I was a groundbreaking conference organized by Glenn Otis Brown – credited by many as the person who got the internet talking about digital music - and Meg Smith, now a Berkman Center fellow in the Digital Media Project. The Berkman Center congratulates Glenn Otis Brown, who is leaving a successful term as Executive Director of Creative Commons for a new appointment at Google.
