Debate: EFF v. RIAA

Should innovators who produce legal software and devices suffer liability for how consumers use their inventions? Spokespeople from the Electronic Frontier Foundation and the Recording Industry Association of America will debate exactly this question at an event hosted by Harvard's Journal of Law and Technology -- EFF v. RIAA: Grokster, INDUCE, and the Future of Innovation. Jason Schultz of the EFF and Stan Pierre-Louis of the RIAA will discuss the merits of the recent decision in MGM v.
