Hush that Fuss: Rosa Parks v. Outkast

"Great Controversies in Entertainment Intellectual Property" will be the subject of a speech by Joseph Beck (HLS '68), at Harvard Law School (Pound Hall 101) on Wednesday, November 10 at 5:30. Beck will discuss his role as lead counsel representing OutKast, the estate of Martin Luther King, Jr., lil' Bow Wow, the author and publisher of a parody of Gone With the Wind, and other notables. The event, "Rosa Parks v. OutKast and Other Cases: Great Controversies in Entertainment Intellectual Property," is hosted by the Recording Artists Project.
