Distinguished Lecture Series on Computation and Society

Dr. Alfred Z. Spector, Vice President of Software Research at IBM, will come to Harvard on Monday, Nov. 8 (4:00-5:00pm) to give a lecture entitled, Research on the Edge of the Expanding Sphere. Dr. Specter will discuss opportunities for computer science to drive innovation in healthcare, organizational and process optimization, collaboration, and advanced business models. The event is hosted by Harvard's Center for Research on Computation and Society and will take place in Maxwell Dworkin Laboratory, Room G115.
