Back to School -- Cyberlaw and the Global Economy

The first session of Cyberlaw and the Global Economy, a Harvard Law school class taught by Berkman Director John Palfrey meets for its first session today (Thursday, September 9) from 4:30 - 6:30 in Hauser 102. The course will address recent developments in cyberlaw with a particular focus on globalization and how new technology has affected commerce, legal practices, and policy-making in a multi-jurisdictional world.
