International Spam Fighters

The International Telecommunication Union is hosting a conference this week dedicated to initiatives to fight spam, a "plague" of today's online world, according to the ITU. The forum features panels and discussions on a wide range of approaches to spam, from technical solutions to legislation and enforcement. The Berkman Center's John Palfrey will moderate a panel and present his own research on The Accountable Net, a proposal for developing a peer-produced system of governance.
