Berkman Center Welcomes New Directors of Clinical Program

The Berkman Center welcomes Bruce P. Keller (pictured right) and Jeffrey P. Cunard (pictured left), partners at Debevoise & Plimpton LLP, as co-directors of the Center’s Clinical Program for the coming year.  Keller and Cunard, who will be Senior Fellows at the Center, also have received faculty appointments as Lecturers on Law and will teach a Fall Term 2004 seminar entitled “Practical Lawyering and Internet Related Issues.”  Under the leadership of Diane Cabell, the Clinical Program has made key contributions over the past three years on a wide range of projects, including the recent amicus brief filed in the Capitol Records lawsuit.  For more information about Keller, Cunard, and the Clinical Program, please read today's News Release.
