Li Represents Berkman Center at CFP 2004

1L Agnes Li recently served as a panelist at the 14th annual Computers, Freedom and Privacy 2004 Conference in San Francisco. Ms. Li, pictured on the left, presented the Berkman Center's data analyzing the effects of cease and desist notices on freedom of speech. Other HLS students who assisted with the research are Jeff Engerman and TJ Graham. Agnes' co-panelists at CFP included Jennifer Urban (center) from the Samuelson Law, Technology & Public Policy Clinic at Boalt Hall and Wendy Seltzer (HLS '99), Berkman Fellow and staff attorney for the Electronic Frontier Foundation. The data has been collected through the Chilling Effects project which is a joint research effort by a consortium of technology law clinics inlcuding Harvard, Stanford, and Berkeley.
